Please note, it can take up to 90 days after an exposure for our tests to detect HIV. If your exposure was less than 90 days ago, you will need to get tested again to confirm your result.
This survey will ask for personal background and risk information to find out if you qualify for a free HIV test kit. If you qualify, we will need your email and mailing address to send your HIV test kit and post-test survey. This program is supported by the Ohio Department of Health and the information you provide will be shared with the Ohio Department of Health.
